its just a picture of him from a newspaper, nothing more, why people are calling it the 11th Doctors outfit is beyond me, other than to attract people to open the threads.

that said Matt does seem to have worn a few strange outfits since he was case, I wonder if he is trying them out in the press, and he will stick to on that gets good feedback

It's called a "joke". (I'd be scared of anyone who genuinely believed it.)

On second thought it would have been better to call the thread "Matt Smith's Outfit Revealed!" but what can ya do?

to be fair you are not the only person who ive seen doing this (with this image), ive seen it on a few other forums, once you see the picture, its obviously not theDoctors outfit, but the title does suggest that it is.

and it does seem that Bacl was not 100% sure if it was a joke or if it was real or not

Yeah, let's just say it was over my head. It's just a picture of him in regular clothes. I was worried they might be trying to "get away from the whole Doctor Who image" and attempt to attract "new audiences." /shudder.

I wish they'd just gone with the simple announcement promo pic if that is the Doctor's new outfit. I dunno something about it turns me off maybe it will grow on me the more I see it...maybe it's the tuquoe...he looks like he's coming off the set though with it.

somehow I dont think he has even been on set yet
