Worst Episode of ENT

I had forgotten about Mauraders! This was the first episode of ENT that I watched. I hadn't watched the new show for a variety of reasons (mostly personal...nothing to do with an inherent dislike for new Trek) & I happened to catch most of this episode on TV. I was not impressed by a Vulcan and Klingons being featured... It made me think the new Trek wasn't going to be worth my while, and I was not inclined to go to the trouble of watching it again...fortunately I saw the Expanse a few months later & got hooked.

Here's my definite "The worst of Star Trek: ENTERPRISE" list:

15. E2 - a blatant "Children of Time" rip off with annoying guest characters
14. Marauders - boring
13. The Seventh - T'Pol character assassination
12. Precious Cargo - the whole 'T'Pol acting as a judicial administrator' nonsense was ridiculous (on the positive note - Trip got laid)
11. Fortunate Son - snoozfest
10. Bounty - its Pon farr time, everybody! *facepalm*
9. Horizon - painfully boring
8. Exile - redundant, uninteresting and seriously lame
7. Bound - silly, goofy and in general - unnecessary
6. Rogue Planet - BS galore
5. Extinction - seriously, that one was embarrassing
4. Daedalus - terribly boring
3. Dear Doctor - Phlox character assassination
2. A Night in Sickbay - Archer character assassination
1. Terra Nova - no plot whatsoever, annoying guest characters

***
0. These Are the Voyages... - A bad prequel to "The Good That Men Do"
*(the book would have been much better had this been a serious episode)
**(made poor St. Valentine turn in his grave)

I loved Enterprise and I don't have issues with it like most people.Season 2 was the worst season though, they wasted so much time with theXiindi temperal cold war arc.Season 3&4 were good, I think if they would have given them 1 more season they could have pulled it out of the gutter(somewhat)I think TATV was the worst ep. not becouse it was the last, becouse the way they sent the show off was lame.(don't wan't to spoil it , if you haven't seen it)
Um... Suliban were the aliens in the Temporal Cold War.
The Xindi arc was Season 3.
Either way they wasted a lot of time with both especially the Xindi thing.I guess I got confused becouse of the time travel element with the Xindi war

:wtf: You said...
Season 3&4 were good...
Season 3 was the one about the Xindi. So, you think it was good but a waste of time? Or you just didn't like the time travel elements of S3?

"Harbinger" and "Exile" were THE worst episodes of the entire Xindi season(2003-04). One was just plain awful. The other boring beyond words.

So many of them could have been so much better with an injection of a little metaphysical story restructuring. I still can't believe they had the BALLS to do 'a night in sickbay'. That is an FU to the fans. They were just out of ideas with their heads up each other's you know whats whilst making to much money to the exclusion of everybody else. Manny Coto's ideas were mundane and redundant at best. How many ideas could Brannon Braga come up with? They brought in the husband and wife team too late. At least they had some intelligence. Sheer Egotism ruled the day. And how everybody loved each other's shit and the Emperors new clothes.

Did you even watch the show?

It appears a couple of people in this thread have.

Worst? ANIS. Lots of runner ups too many to list.

Thought Harbinger should have been broken up into three episodes so each theme could have been dealt with cmpletely.

Being a fervent TnT'er I liked Harbinger and Bound and Terra Prime.

Since Ihave never watched TATV cannot comment on it.

"TATV" had a wonderfully moving end shot with the Enterprise flybys. That was about it. One brief gold nugget in a bowlful of petrified dog turds does not a good episode make.

To quote that old folk saying: "Surak ain't got nothing on Yoda!"

"King Kong ain't got SHIT on the Enterprise finale!!!"
Well, if you're referring to that Peter Jackson's *Would-be-Titanic-killer-turned-flop* thingy... No, I'd pick that boring piece of sh#t over TATV any day.

Actually it was a Denzel Washington/TRAINING DAY reference...but, yeah...even the waaaay overrated Peter Jackson KONG is light years better than "TATV.":p

Yeah, I got that, I'm kidding ;), though there is an interesting parallel - while B&B's made a Valentine for the fans, PJ made a Valentine for himself.
