Worst Episode of ENT

TaTV, ANiS, and Precious Cargo seem to be the top 3 candidates according to posts so far. I have seen 1 of these 3 glorious glimpses into ENT's dark side!

I literally stopped watching Enterprise after A Night in Sickbay, it sucked so bad. So I never got to most of the other candidates.

"Marauders" had Klingon-y potential but squandered all of it with Kung-Fu Polly in her Rambo bandana and a plot lifted straight from a mediocre A-TEAM episode. Only no Mr. T.

Marauders isn't that bad! You've got T'Pol in a white catsuit, Klingons, and a desolate planet locale (break from the ship). What more could you ask for? (the whole thing about moving the oil rigs was kind of lame, but I have seen a lot worse!)

These are the Voyages!
Others worth mentioning:Rouge Planet (put me to sleep twice), A Night in Sickbay and Twilight

After all said and done, I understand why some people didn't like the show.

I simply didn't let the reasons I stated above to ruin what I did like about the show.

Very well said, my sentiments exactly. If you get too hung up on some of the nonsense, you can't enjoy the big picture. I do like you observation of the fans!

Twilight? Seriously? :wtf: I thought that was an awesome episode, easily in my top five. I know that it's basically a reset button episode, but it's one of the few times that a reset button episode was done right.

Dessert Crossing is the one I cannot watch again. To me it was nothing but a location shooting that gave them a chance to show Archer and Trip without shirts. If it was T'Pol and Hoshi, then I could watch.

Hey us ladies need something to keep us warm, too, you know!

If it was T'Pol and Hoshi, then I could watch.
Let me help you with that: The Xindi and Shockwave II. Quit being greedy!

Fight or Flight - if it was meant to show it's not safe out there, well, it failed (I get better better frights watching Alien :p). I find it ridiculous that the 2nd Axanar vessel which looked exactly like the same class as its crippled pal could so easily damage the attacking alien vessel.

Terra Nova
Desert Crossing

Silent Enemy - I don't know what this ep is all about except as a legup on ENT's weaponry upgrades. Hey, they've got phase cannons now, courtesy of the dumb aliens who came, scanned and "danced" around when they could whomp ENT into stardust.

Precious Cargo - whatever happened to Archer's enthusiasm for meeting new races, etc? Krios Prime doesn't warrant a visit? This ep is just puffed up empty pastry with strands of water and marshes for decor.

These Are The Voyages

"Rogue Planet" had moronic science, but was tolerable. Not much payoff at the end and sorta boring for the most part but there's been FAR worse in the series.

I imagine even the cast tend to agree with many of us on the worst episodes they filmed. Especially "TATV." Blalock was particulary vocal about its tick-turdedness even at the time.

I loved Enterprise and I don't have issues with it like most people.Season 2 was the worst season though, they wasted so much time with theXiindi temperal cold war arc.Season 3&4 were good, I think if they would have given them 1 more season they could have pulled it out of the gutter(somewhat)I think TATV was the worst ep. not becouse it was the last, becouse the way they sent the show off was lame.(don't wan't to spoil it , if you haven't seen it)

I did too. It was the last episode I saw until the premiere of season 3...the only reason I turned it on again was the good things I'd heard about The Expanse.

I was hooked again!

I only caught the rest of season two when the dvds came out.

Harbinger. I thought it was a ridiculous examination of the characters and the main plot only had maybe ten minutes (and yet is the hinge point to why the Xindi attacked Earth and who the Spherebuilders are).

On characters and why I hated it: no one was him/herself -- T'Pol intentionally, but others not so. For example, I lost a lot of respect for Reed during this episode. I know he was irritated with Hayes, and he had good reason, but to have a fist fight into the hall? I think if Enterprise were really a pseudo-military vessel that Reed may've been bumped back to ensign for that one. There may've been other ways to show his disagreement with Hayes reaching a head. In addition, Phlox and Archer were annoying ... and these are two of my favs. Archer yells constantly and Phlox is overly worried about his patient. I also believe Trip wouldn't have slept with T'Pol, believing something was wrong with her. I lost some respect for Trip here.

And on the plot -- why in the wide world wouldn't they give more time to who the Spherebuilders are and what they want? I mean, that is the central plot to the season and a key point that completely gets lost.

Real failure from Coto.

TATV is the worst - - I could barely watch it one time and much of it was listening from a different room.

Precious Cargo and oddly Cogenitor are two episodes that I couldn't watch straight through, either. Precious Cargo is awful and I can't put my finger on why I dislike Cogenitor...many people think Cogenitor is a good or excellent episode, so it's just me, I think.

"Harbinger" is my fifth-worst, right after "Marauders." That was THE worst episode in the entire second half of the series...period.
