Okay...it seems I see thread after thread of men discussing the hotness of various Trek women. In some cases, I have the distinct feeling the popularity of certain characters is based on looks alone.

But what about us ladies? Shouldn't WE have some eye-candy too? Where was the appeal to OUR demographic?

So discuss...the hot men of the Trekiverse.

My first vote goes to Julian Bashir (Alexander Siddig). If you want to get an idea what kind of man I find the most attractive, he's it. Man, the Mediterranean sure does have a high concentration of hot guys... :drool:
 
Spock made a lot of panties wet back in the day.

TNG had Patrick Stewart for a while as, ermmm, bona-fide sex symbol.

Etc. I think it's always been an equal slant, ridiculously short miniskirts aside. Therefore I nominate Marina Sirtis (in the space cheerleader uniform).
 
When I first watched TNG I had a thing for Wesley Crusher - I was only about 10 or 11. I also liked Harry Kim the first time round seeing Voyager. Now I dont like either of them.

If I were to take into account personality as well as looks I'd say

Checkov (as he appeared in TOS)
Barclay - More for his personality than looks
Worf
Rom- Not for his looks but I feel sorry for him
Chakotay

Well, I'll try to be less predictable... hee hee!
I didn't mind Mayweather, and by that token, a younger Sisko.
Or a younger Mr. Scott...

And sometimes Trek caters to the girls, why else would male soldiers wear the uniforms they did- some of the Jem'Hadar (Clarence Williams!! :) ) the Remans and the Xindi Reptilians. You're stalking someone through the forest, you could be shot at any moment... what should you wear? I know! I'll wear shiny, purple, tight pants!!! Thank you Star Trek! ;)

Can we have FFW pictures???
 
Jake (Cirroc Lofton) is also pretty good-looking. Anyone with a smile that nice ranks high in my book. :)

Funny about the uniforms, though--I wasn't really looking at them in quite the terms you said. I was more looking at them from a tailoring standpoint.

Though I must say, speaking of tailors...there is this one outfit they put Garak in "The Wire," "Second Skin," and some other episodes that really seems to bring out the best in him.

One thing I am irked at, though--the godawful uniform in TNG's "The Wounded." Really ruined a lot of viewing opportunities...I mean, Marc Alaimo playing a Cardassian, without the creepiness of thinking "ew, it's Dukat." :cardie:

Cirroc has gotten hottttttttt! I met him recently and was really really impressed. I didn't care for him much on the show, but now? Daaaamn.

I keep forgetting him cuz I keep picturing him as a small kid in those awful one piece things that look like pink pajamas... dreadful!

I'll need to take a look. I will say I don't think I like some of the stuff from around season 4 as much, nor what he wears in the MU, but usually his stuff is great.

Have we seen a Pakled? I guess I could look it up, LOL... but I think they mentioned them somewhere... a TNG I watched recently or something, but I didn't see any.

I'm trying to think of a non-weird way to reiterate my uniform point... LOL! :p

In some of the later episodes, I think they gave him some better fashion choices than that. But yeah, I always thought that was a poor choice on the part of the costume department.

Yep. I dunno if you've read The Thirteenth Order all the way through yet, but in my story, Macet says that even the Cardassians themselves were less than pleased with that THING. Three words: bad government spending. ;)
 
I thought that Picard with his shirt off in "Captain's Holiday" single handedly made bald sexy.
 
My vote goes to Bashir, as well. He isn't just unbelievably cute, but I like his rendition of the non-regional, received pronunciation (NRP). That, people, is speaking with no accent. Love it.

As for the new film.... wow, where to look first? Since I have a thing for Sylar, guess who gets my vote in that one. :)
