I'm probably the only weird one here but I could never get comfortable. I can't sit still for a minute and I'm not exaggerating. I would find a good position to read or watch tv and plan to not move for the next hour but somewhere, somehow, a part of my body would start complaining. It could be my back, my neck, my legs, my bum ... they're so annoying.
	
		
			
		
		
	
				
			
				
 smilies but I don't think I could post them in sufficient numbers to convey just how wrong the idea of me and Yoga is. 
  Still, it might not be as wrong as you think.  When you can bend like a slinky it's easy to get comfortable in many a place.
