I rather like the show, but the protagonist is too whiney. 
I absolutely despise...

N, he's cool, but his SON in "Q2" that I'd really like to punch in the face. I would even consider changing my entry to reflect that, but I'm somehow drawn to a hot chick and see if she gets what's coming to her.
But on the whole Q's son is the most annoying character in ALL sci fi, bar none

This guy and Starbuck should get together and make babies just to see how punchable they will turn out.
I don't know what scene this is from, but I think it encapsulates the general aspects of the character that make him so annoying, from the DUH expression to the emo hair to the stupid-ass turned-up collar.

Brunt's not a bad option, but for DS9 characters, I'd say this guy is the most punchable of all:

Without Keevan, though, we wouldn't have had Yelgrun. No Yelgrun means no Iggy Pop, so I say punch Peter.
