What happened to Lennir?
In the episode Wheel of Fire, it seems pretty clear that Garibaldi is going to go after Bester no matter how many good things happen to him.
What happened to Lennier?
Just how big was the Psi-Corps that they thought they could successfully win a war against the rest of humanity? I know they had their own Starfuries but did they really have their own armies and fleets to fight with?

Maybe it wasn't a war against humanity. Maybe they were fighting for their own planet or something.

Yeah, I thought leaving his character in that state felt totally unsatisfying.
What happened to Lennier?
It's my understanding that sometime between the last two episodes of season five, somewhere in that several year time span that Lennier met his end. I am not sure if JMS ever states specifically what happened to Lennier and if he ever saw Delenn again. That's really the only character arc that I felt never had any real sort of resolution.
Well, Lennier almost kills Sheridan in Objects at Rest -- so he runs away to go do some good deed to redeem himself in Delenn's eyes -- and then in Sleeping in Light Delenn toasts him as an "absent friend" -- so, it is apparent that he died, and Delenn must think highly of him to remember him at the dinner. So this thread was resolved, just maybe not in the way we wanted.
I think it's stated pretty clearly that it would be a War of information as much as a war of arms. As soon as a teep takes off the badge and gloves, who can tell them from a mundane? Other telepaths of course, which is why psi-corp lost; they didn't count on the blips getting organised behind a martyr figurehead or getting the secret backing of one of the mega-corps.
Ironically, both of those things can be blamed on Bester.
Also how would such a small population take over the government and why?
What's the point of ruling earth when there are much more powerful species out there.
Think of Saddam Hussein and his Baathist party. A small group in Iraq yet they were able to take control of the government. its not too unusual for a small group to be able to take control of a larger organization. All it really needs is fear or apathy on the part of the larger organizationAlso how would such a small population take over the government and why?
