Then you don't understand what "controversial" means.
"controversial" should never be an excuse to abandon respect and civility.
Then as a matter of "respect and civility", who called my boss?

"Afghanistan" would not have been included.
All leading up to the eradication of the Chinese regime in the 2013-2015 time frame.
But I'm not an expert in such matters so that might not have been realistic.

Why would we go to war with China? They pretty much own our economy and they're also the one country on the planet that could actually destroy us.
What's the motivation for it anyway? Just because you don't like them? or what, MANIFEST DESTINY!!
Then that article like you, is full of shit. For somebody who claims to follow the teachings of Christ, you have one huge hard on for war.All leading up to the eradication of the Chinese regime in the 2013-2015 time frame.

Actually, an article regarding China in 2005 The Atlantic magazine (IIRC the year of the article) by two experts in nuclear arsenals stated that the United States would within a few years be able to completely destroy the Chinese nuclear arsenal before they could launch any kind of response, and kill barely 6,000 Chinese in the process.

Not based on Christ's own words. He said "offer no resistance to the wicked.".Liberating more than one billion people from tyranny at the cost of only 6,000 lives would seem to be the Christian thing to do.
Thank you for admitting that the actual topic of this thread is NOT that "US Deaths in Iraq & Afghanistan Decline Dramatically". You admit that as I indicated, the title was intentionally misleading. Stop playing semantic war games and you'll have a much better time posting in Misc.Afghanistan was included to point out that the increase in the death toll there has been vastly outweighed by the reduction in the death toll in Iraq.
The increase in violence in Afghanistan has been played up tremendously by the media and antiwar people while the massive reductions in Iraq might as well have not happened.
We can hardly invade China with minimal casualties but even if we could why would we want to? That makes no sense to me.
