If people don't do what the Dominion wants- the Jem'Hadar are sent in. So I'm not sure how much using a Vorta's gender to negotiate really comes into play... any more than the Jem'Hadar's gender with the phaser rifle matters... Haha!

Well you answered your question. "If people don't do what the Dominion wants" ---- the Vorta are the Dominion leaders as far as most people are aware.

I wasn't. Interestingly I was recently told that my position has been terminated due to budget cuts. Eh, chances are that this will be the last term for my boss anyway (he was recently investigated for using public funds without authorization).
