About the only thing that worked last night was the Beaker with Petra Nemcova bit.

That didn't work for me at all. I don't believe Beaker's greatest wish would be a meep-meeping supermodel. If he were granted the power to have any wish, he'd wish that Bunsen had to be the guinea pig for a change. The poor guy's been getting blown up, crushed, mutated, and otherwise tormented by Bunsen's experiments for decades now. He'd want some serious payback.
One thing I could never get into, however, was Fraggle Rock. I guess when it premiered I was busy with life, leaving high school, moving on, etc.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Disney the company involved in Muppet Treasure Island and A Muppet Christmas Carol? Those are high-quality works that still hold up. Their recent TV specials, on the other hand, have not had many stellar moments.
It's old now, but the 3D Muppet show at Disney Studios is pretty fun.

Treasure Island was the last good Muppets thing, IMO. And I fracking LOVE A Muppet Christmas Carol. Gonzo as Charles Dickens is the best framing device ever.

Why do we always come here?
That's what I'd like to know.
It's like a kind of torture
