Nice tribute Scrooge4747.
It was quite a shock to get this awful news just beore Christmas, my deepest sympathies to Rod and her family.
I have never forgotten a wonderful half an hour I spent talking with her when I went to a convention in Los Angeles a few years ago. She didn't understand a word I was saying at first - the Australian accent was hard work for her! She must have been doing cons for 35 years at that point, but she was still happy to talk and talk the time away - cheeky glass of wine in hand the whole time. She was certainly a lot closer to her Next Gen character, Mrs. Troi, than Number One!
A wonderful woman, who lived life to the fullest. Luckily she gave us so much to remember her by.
RIP
