Was Ezri Dax a poor choice?

She was cute and she did not need to use her breasts to make her more interesting to look at like Jadzia did

Certainly, to me she was simply cuter as a person.

That is the reason I picked the name EZRI II.

Pretty sure I said Myriad universe not mirror universe. Myriad Universe is a series of novels with alternate universe stories where for instance Khan won the Eugenics War or Terra Prime wasn't stopped by the Enterprise, that sort of thing.

Though on the mirror universe from the latest DS9 relaunch novel there is a hint that a character that was thought killed in the mirror universe might not be dead, so like I said death isn't the be all and end all. If the author wishes it they can bring people back.

4. The only and only person that made out the best with the death of Jadzia Dax was then and even today was Nicole DeBoer (Ezri Dax). Before 1998, her role in the movie CUBE and her single season with a small Canadian sc-fi show that lasted a single season that had zero interests outside of Canada would just placed her into who are you talking about.

Terry didn't do too badly out of it either. She got 4 years on another TV program out of her character's death.

You don't need to do "Nicole (Ezri)" or "Terry (Jadzia)". We'll be able to tell who you mean if you just say "Nicole" or "Terry".

There has been talk since the ending of Deep Space 9 that Ezri Dax was a poor choice as a replacement. Would love to understand your personal feelings with Ezri Dax.

Ezri Dax, as far as the show is concerned, was a poor choice because of the completely limited amount of time to develop her character. HOWEVER, now that I'm through the heart of the DS9 Relaunch (just finished Unity, reading "The Lives of Dax" right now)-- the character Ezri gave the relaunch writers GOLD to work with. Ezri Dax becomes one of my favorite relaunch characters.
