I think he's gonna be the focus of the spin-off, since they swear they aren't touching any of the core characters. Spinning him off does make the most sense.

That's what's happening (although, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a crossover at some point). The Andy spin-off was just a fan based theory.

The only part of this episode that made me laugh was Toby getting the black princess unicorn. Other than that I found it kind of mean spirited and boring. I don't find any humor in Angela cheating on Andy, or Phyllis turning into a bitch. Even the opening desk gag was lame and predictable. In fact if not for the Holly character this whole season would have been crap for me. Disappointing.
