I thought I was going to go nuts on Black Friday online sales (and Cyber Monday sucked), but I didn't buy anything. I did go crazy on the MSN Live Cashback 30% off deal on Ebay though. And bought six Bond movies on Blu-Ray at Amazon.

^ I didn't order anything on Black Friday either. I did spend $250 on Blu-rays when DeepDiscount had their 25%-off sale though. ;)

I thought this was going to be a trek thread at first, but.......it is Misc - and I'm new here.

Trek related: My fav "new" item is the broken Enterprise D from the First Contact scene......not a replica, but the prop from Paramount. It is 2 parts as you see onscreen, but both nacelles are gone. One was still attached to the hull in the scene while the other was among the glass bits, but both have since been lost.

There are many others and more to come, but thought this one would be of interest here............pics later.

A lavendar-flavored chocolate bar. It tastes much better than it sounds!

Too late. *vomits* :wtf:

Mission accomplished!

I think it would taste quite nice. Floral and herby tastes go well with sweet things. I mean, lavender honey tastes nice. So I would have thought lavender chocolate would too.

12 transaction limit though. Use them wisely! :)

Actually, lavender honey is my favorite which probably explains why I like the lavender chocolate. :)

Yep, lavender honey is pretty cool and in my top 3. But my favourite is probably Attica honey which has a subtle thyme flavour to it - fabulous with fresh butter, white crusty bread and a soft boiled egg.

Acacia honey rounds out my honey podium positions. :)

I purchased another pair of Goodyear Assurance TripleTred tires for the front wheels of my car; total cost was about $125 each mounted and balanced. My car does seem to handle better...though it may just be a placebo effect from dropping nearly $500 on rubber.

Just the rear tire purchased and mounted on my bike is half of that $500:eek:

Prince Of Persia for PS3...
The new expansion for NWN2...
Shrek The Halls on DVD...
Young Frankenstein, Escape From New York and Appleseed Ex Machina on BluRay...

Bought a GURPS book for my hubby. He informed me last night that he'd just bought my present, after we agreed not to exchange gifts this year. *sigh*

I know exactly what he bought me, too. It's the same bloody gift he's bought me for the past three years: the latest DVDs of LOST. He gets it every year, because he wants to watch it, and calls it "my gift."

I haven't tried that one but will keep my eyes peeled for it. :)

Today I got my dog groomed and bought a book for myself as well as my little sister. I'm bribing her with new books to get her to develop a reading habit because I'm evil like that.
