JFK 45 years later

Oswarld was the shooter and lone shooter, but I wouldn't be surprised that there was a well oiled Soviet operation behind him. Also his killer, Jack Ruby, died in fairly suspicious circumstances just four years later in prison: his cancer seemed atypically malignant with very severe growths in many of his organs, and I wonder if he was taken out by the KGB/GRU in a similar manner to how the FSB murdered Alexander Litvinenko with a radioactive isotope.

I'm willing to run with the single gunman theory; except Oswald was seen in the repository(break room no obviously suspicious looks or activity, which law enforcement might have keyed on as they rushed past him to the sixth floor) after the assassination. Aft Jack Ruby's ridiculously long list of connections to organized crime.

I don't buy into the super conspiracy stories that included half the planet and it's leaders, but I'd like to know more about some of the details. Not that that is even possible.

Oswald was the only employee missing. Why would he disappear? Ballastic evidence is conclusive that it was his rifle, and his finger prints were found at the snipers nest and on the weapon...in any court of law, Oswald would have been fried, even without the 2,000 pieces of evidence collected against him in later years.

RAMA

Correct.

There is an unbroken chain of physical evidence all the way from the order for the rifle by Lee Harvey Oswald to the bullets from Kennedy and Connally.

Whatever else happened that day, Oswald shot and killed JFK.

The Discovery Channel and the History Channel's recreation of the events of the assassination, using computer generated images and exact recreations of the event prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that all the shots fired that day came from the snipers nest in the Texas School Book Depository.

That's it.

It doesn't eliminate the probability of a conspiracy. It doesn't even eliminate the possibility that another person or persons were there with Oswald. It doesn't eliminate the possibility that others, including Oswald, planned the assassination.

Personally, I think that Oswald did kill Kennedy. However, I also think that there is a good chance that some people--either along with Oswald, or just using Oswald--conspired to kill the President. That's the one thing that may never be debunked.

What's bad is that many peoples knowledge of the assassination come from Oliver Stone's JFK.

How was the additional shot (that missed) that the House committee thought was fired (probably from the grassy knoll, in their conclusion) disposed of? My knowledge comes almost entirely from government reports, and all of them I've seen (aside from the Warren Report) support this theorized shot having been fired.

^^

There WAS no "fourth shot". The idea that there ever was one was based on acoustic evidence from a dictabelt recording that was NOT accurate to the time and place the House Select Committee thought it was. Three shots--all from Oswald. No one else involved.

LHO's FIRST shot missed. Second hit JFK in the back and exited his throat. Third shot was fatal.

Wasn't the NRC report which concluded against the acoustic evidence itself disproved by a later report?
