Let me tell you this:
Last year a TV channel in Germany asked all fans to vote for their fav episodes from TOS, TNG and Voyager. The ten best were shown on one day from morning to evening. The 3 best in the prime time.
The surprise- first place Scorpion I and II, than Relativity. I think there have been other Voy episodes among the first ten.
