Do you curse in your head?

Well, invocation of a curse in ones head wouldn't change the outcome in my opinion, but I am no expert on the magical arts.
I curse in my head and out of my mouth. It used to be simply when appropriate like smashin my finger or stubbing my toe kind of thing. Now its as if I have tourettes when I am angry. Its something I am working on.
Well, I'm a man who doesn't curse. And occasionally I curse in my head (and sadly out loud as well sometimes. I said damn maybe a month ago.)
I haven't found a prohibition against swearing in the Bible (other than taking an oath kind of swearing), I just find it distasteful.
I only swear when I'm really angry. And try not to when I'm not. But sometimes I just have to..like..I swear at traffic, or ignorant people in general.
Road rage is the "designer" term they are using for that now days. I road rage ever day. Like I said, sometimes you would think I have tourettes.
I curse too fuckin much sometimes.
I generally don't swear because I think it's a simple and lazy thing to spout the same few words through general conversation . . . I mean, you couldn't think of a better word to use? c'mon . . . grow a vocabulary!
Which of these do you think will better grab someone's attention?
"I'm exceptionally vexed!"
"I'm fucking pissed!"
I think the top one would just get you weird looks unless you were living in a Jane Austen novel. The bottom one gets your point across. Tone of voice helps of course, but generally cursing gives you that little extra bit of emphasis that you want.
Now, if you do it constantly with no rhyme or reason to it, then yes, you'll appear ignorant. But people who don't curse when it seems appropriate are kind of oddballs, too.
I had a colleague who is very religious conveying a story to me that hesitated for a good five seconds gesturing with her hands out in front of her chest before finally settling on saying "bosoms" with a frown on her face as if she were going to be struck down where she stood. In the meantime I had rolled through about fifteen different variations on "tits" in my head and wondered what the hell was wrong with her.

Sometimes it's appropriate. Adds a little seasoning to an otherwise bland conversation.
We fuckin' curse around my house all the motherfuckin' time. Cocksuckers don't like it, they can suck my balls! We also frequently use words like "buttrape" and "Fucktard." And we never shy away from "cunt."

I swear occasionally.
I don't think I have ever sworn in front of my mother and I have never heard my mother swear. The only time I ever heard my Dad use bad language was when a drunk run us of the road and we hit a large sign by the side of the road. By us I mean my dad, my mother, myself and two of my sons. My dad's car was a write-off but luckily none of us were injured.
The drunk driver, after driving on the wrong side of the road and narrowly missing hitting three cars flipped his own car, but came over to apologise after he was told there were children in our car. The guy was covered in blood which made the children even more upset.
The guy started to apologise and my Dad told him to 'Fuck off". I was quite shocked as I had never heard my Dad swear.

I swear in my head and when I write, but seldom out loud-- I save it, for maximum impact. 
Having parent's who don't curse encourages the same in their children. In my family it's considered kind of a social disgrace to swear, with those who are uncouth being remembered as such, and treated with less dignity.
My mum almost never curses. My dad, easily looses his temper when he can't do stuff, which does often lead to cursing, but it's directed at inanimate things, not at people. Which is kind of ok.
Me? I don't curse out at others, or in company of others. I'm a good girl

Cursing in my head... No, I find that an odd thing to do, since it's not an expression. I can't see how it could benefit me.
It's normal for me to rationalize my negative feelings into judgements, and then they reemerge as feelings of disappointment of whatever has caused them.
So no, there's no cursing in my internal voice.
But swearing doesn't really bother me. Unless a person is using it for attention grabbing, modifying their self-image, and the like. Then it's quite unattractive.
