Thanks to all of you wonderful authors out there. I have enjoyed reading your stories about the Trek Universe and I look forward to more in the future.

As most of you probably deal with editors, writer's block, timelines, etc, etc... you may appreciate this.
Made by yours truly.

Well. That's pretty damned funny but, sadly, my experiences thus far have been pretty smooth and awesome. Still, I'm kind of a noob with this crowd. Maybe it gets worse later.

Yeah. I don't know what writing for a publisher feels like however I certainly felt this during grad school when I worked on my thesis and had to go in front of my committee members. lol

I don't write fiction but my favourite story is how one of my books was published with the world busness on the front...

Marco can react to varying degrees, depending on the writer in question, but it usually boils down to some version of this:

James Swallow, having just finished "Seeds of Dissent", I can certainly picture that response as aired on YouTube!...

Is there going to be a follow-up to SoD in a future Myriad Universe book? Certainly left it open to a sequel, once Picard arrives. Well done!:D

Former Senior Editor Marco Palmieri had stated in the past that each story is a stand alone and they'll focus on totally new AUs in every new story.

I have no idea if his departure has any influence on this "rule" for possible future volumes beyond the third one, though.
