And Casey hasn't gotten nearly as many witty lines this season for some reason (he's been reduced to simply calling Chuck an "idiot" now).
I think Casey is going through a crisis of conscience as regards Mr. Bartowski. His barbs have reduced in intensity and cleverness because he's developing a grudging respect for the doofus. Which I'm sure drives him bananas.

Above Average. For a silly breezy fantasy, this show does seem to have an authentic emotional core, which is nice. It's fun to see Chuck trying to do the spy thing for real, and let's face it, $4.5M is peanuts compared with what the government has been blowing for real...:rommie:

Neilsens be damned, NBC is paying the bills by product placement. Let's see, this week we had Apple, Madden Football, Playstation and PSP. No wonder NBC's renewed it for a full season already.

I must admit, setting the show inside a Best Buy is pure genius.

I hate Bryce Larkin..

:guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:

That last scene was so hilarious and nicely mirrored the beginning.

Awesome little show.. it still doesn't jump to greatness but in times where huge shows plummet to their fiery death qualitywise (Heroes for example) Chuck remained steadily entertaining and laugh out loud funny.

Zach Levy plays this role so well and charming and the support cast simply rocks (can't get enough of Jayne.. ehm.. Casey ;)).
I'll be watching this show forever if they keep it at this steady level.

Ok, I swore I wrote a review for this yesterday, but it's gone now. So here it goes again.

I though this was a pretty good episode, lots of fun spy action in the A story, and a hilarious B story. Like alot of people, I'm not a big fan of the whole Bryce/Sarah/Chuck love triangle, but I didn't mind it so much this time because it allowed us to get some pretty good scenes this week, like the scene where Chuck was watching Sarah and Bryce dance, and the stuff at the train station at the end. I also really liked Steve Valentine in this episode, Nigel was always my favorite part of Crossing Jordan, and I liked his character here too.
Like always Morgan and the Buy More gang were hilarious, especially Anna's fight at the end. Casey's reaction, and Chuvk's response were really good too.
Overall, I'd say it was an above average episode.

I want constantly be giving Chuck and Sarah big hugs!

Chuck because he's sad.

Sarah because she's sad and HOT!

Chuck was perfectly right, but it made me wonder...CIA agents never get married in real life? Hunh.

And I also want Casey training Chuck to be a field agent. Chuck of course will do everything in his own inimitable style, which will drive Casey insane.

I must admit, setting the show inside a Best Buy is pure genius.

Which bodes well for Reaper. Lots of product placement opportunities at the Work Bench, heh.

The pinnacle of genius is Knight Rider: the show IS product placement, period.

We'll be getting more stuff like this in the future. The good news is that it might finally end the plague of cop shows, cop shows and more damn cop shows! Hard to do any meaningful product placement in a police station.

For a field agent, I would imagine it's quite difficult, and I'm sure you'd need the CIA to support the marriage.

My mom's uncle was a CIA agent, and he would sometimes disappear for months or years on end without warning, and when he returned, he was never allowed to talk about where he was.

And I don't care if Chuck was right! They both need HUGS!

Don't forget those lingering shots of the Wii on the store shelves!

If it keeps the show on the air then they can do all the product placements they want as far as I'm concerned.

Wow, it happens like that in real life! After all the TV shows and movies, that's the first time I've ever heard it confirmed by a real live person. :D

NBC is definitely going gung-ho for product placements as a replacement for Nielsens. My Own Worst Enemy was one big Camaro commercial. (I liked it anyway.)

^I'm fine with that, as long as they don't take it into The Truman Show category.

*pause, face camera, extol the virtues of product, return to scene*
