Classic Trek Shirts at Hot Topic - Including TAS!

Hey, Everyone -

I'm probably the longest-time lurker here! But now, I must post.

Hot Topic (the freaky punky mall chain) has a cool selection of Classic Trek (I detest the "TOS" moniker) shirts right now, in all sizes, from youth large on up.

They run the gamut from simply having the logo on them, to images from the Animated Series!

I couldn't believe my eyes ... my son immediately wanted the Spock one, but they were out of his sizes.

The one with Kirk and the generic Orion Slave Woman is cool, too.

Warning: the Animated ones are slim-fit! But man, they're so cool.

I just went to the store's site, and discovered another cool shirt - the ship battle!

The only one I don't like is the one the girl is wearing - it makes (in the words of my son) Spock look like his father instead of himself.

I think it's so cool that there is some Trek stuff out there, in a store like Hot Topic. It really blew my mind to see the Animated images, and what's so surprising is how well they work with the current punk styles (bright colors, etc.).

I know I'll be wearing a couple of the shirts with pride!

Ugh. I detest Hot Topic, but I might have to buy one of these. Kudos to them for actually making me want to set foot in one of their stores.

^ Why set foot in their stores? Just order the shirt you want online, and you're safely free from contamination.
