It's also bizarre after learning what we've learned from Mohinder. That it has more to do with your adrenal glands and DNA than the wiring in your brain.

that's all I can remember right now. Does anyone have more?
Y'know, regarding the brothers Petrelli, with the vast power collection that Sylar and Peter have, Nathan seems to have drawn the short straw with only the ability to fly.
He also has the ability to nightly pound the hottest of the Dixie Chicks....Y'know, regarding the brothers Petrelli, with the vast power collection that Sylar and Peter have, Nathan seems to have drawn the short straw with only the ability to fly.

Yes, but Gabriel is handicapped by being insane while Peter is incredibly stupid, which leads to both being self-destructive and giving them more power just enhances this negative aspect of their personas. Nathan is proof that being stable and smart trumps every superpower you can name - I'm tempted to believe the Petrelli boys were some kind of comparative genetics experiment.![]()
Maybe that's the true goal of that possession power of his. He could put Nathan inside himself, thereby giving Nathan all his powers while Nathan gets to, you know, actually be the brains.
Yes, but that's flight. Come on. While nice, it's nothing but showy and draws attention. Peter has access to lots and lots of far more subtle powers.Maybe that's the true goal of that possession power of his. He could put Nathan inside himself, thereby giving Nathan all his powers while Nathan gets to, you know, actually be the brains.
But Nathan's the type of person that really dislkes using his powers. In all of season two Nathan only flew once!
I thought Sylar lost some but not all of his powers.
Also if he doesn't actually eat people's brains what happens to their Brain? Isn't it usually missing?

But Peter can travel through time, so they'll always have the chance to meet....The way he uses that power is identical to Candace Wilmer but Sylar killed her before they had a chance to meet.
Oh I agree, the brain makes more sense. I have more issue with Mohinder's discovery than I do Syler's methods. I just don't get how Syler can rewire himself; there's a big difference between knowing how something works and actually rebuilding yourself to mimic that knowledge.

So if you combine the Super Petrelli Brothers into one superhero, like Firestorm, they become one full character?![]()
