Terminator-201 "Samson & Delilah" - Discuss/Grade <Spoiler>

Question for NX:

Is this series attempting to weave into the continuity of Terminator: Salvation, or is that film working off of the third movie (the events of which were made null and void by this series)?

The mind boggles at all this temporal-tampering.
