Was it in Sanctuary by the Screeeeean matriarch?

Sanctuary was in season 2 and I thought it might be the first time the Dominion was mentioned but upon seeing this episode recently I noticed that Sisko and Kira gave each other a look when they were mentioned. This leads me to believe they had heard about them before!

And that is one of my more guilty pleasure episodes. I really liked the touch of hints about the Dominion in Season 2. Made Jem'Hadar all that more memorable.
