White - Joe Flanigan
Hispanic - Esai Morales
Asian - Daniel Dae Kim
Middle Eastern - if Naveen Edwards doesn't count (being technically Indian), I'll put in an early vote for Omar Metwally, the doc on Virtuality, who I have high hopes for in the hotty dept
Mixed Race - Barak Obama; for the celebs, Adrian Grenier (who is part Cherokee)
