Mythbusters results to conspiracy claims:

Film speed change to simulate 1/6th G: Busted
Efforts to duplicate with flim speed and counterweight failed. "Vomit Comet" on 1/6th G parabola matched NASA footage

Flag "waving" must have been in atmosphere: Busted
Flag "Wagged" in vacuum chamber after being moved, continued for seconds after.

Footprint in lunar soil requires H2O: Busted
Sharp edged of lunar rigolith provide friction to leave good impression, even in vacuum.

Retroflector and lunar surface have same reflectivity: Busted
1GW obeservatory laser confirms reflector present at Apollo 15 site, and random site does not reflect in the same manner.

Multiple light sources required to produce shadows: Busted
Uneven terrain warps shadows, causing the effect.

Astronaut on LEM in Shadow must have had fill light: Busted
Reflection from lunar surface sufficient for good exposure.

In summary:
"We've been there, we've done that."- Adam Savage

^ But they still didn't explain that "C" on the rock, so their results are inconclusive.

Oh, and the 1/6th scale Armstrong that Adam showed should NOT have the commanders red stripe, those didn't appear on moonsuits till Apollo 13, so the first striped moonwalker was Al Shepard.

Well regardless of the mountains of evidence to show otherwise, the moon hoaxers will never change their minds under any circumstances, which is why they're simply crazy.

And they'll just cling to the tired old standby arguments time and time again.

Mythbusters managed to convince me what I was already convinced of.

I remember watching the last moon landing on TV in '72. By then, a lot of people just saw the space program as a colossal waste of time, money and effort.

But at least it was real.

And anyway, he's wrong. The "C" is the result of Chairface Chippendale trying to write his name on the moon with a laser :vulcan:

Let's be clear on something: We did not land on the Moon.

However, the Moon did gently crash into the underside of a Moon lander on several occasions. And, also, into the underside of Neal Armstrong's foot.

The "Moon Landing Was a Hoax" proponents have been strangely absent these last couple of days. I was hoping we'd get an objective review of this week's Myth Busters from some of them.

---------------

Now that's funny. Objective review from a moon landing is a hoax?

Yeah, right.

They refuse to believe under any circumstances no matter or how many times their theories have been debunked that we alnded on the moon. this show will not convince them and they will find ways to claim the show was wrong.
