Why General Order 7?

Two things, and pardon me for not reading all, but I do not live inside the computer. The talosians' motive was to show mercy. Starfleet would allow Pike to do damn all with the power of illusion, he is unable to walk, let alone fly. So General Order 7 was correctly given an exemption, do you understand? Now i am not stupid, but turns of phrase do not outweigh simple observation and reportage.

This is a discussion board PlainPatrick. You can't post something and expect all the comments to be positive. Someone is always going to have a dissenting view and that's just fine.
