Spock. Good sense of justice/fair play without emotion.

Rand. Legs.

Bones. Compassion & also willing to stand his ground & argue with Kirk & Spock despite rank issues.

Uhura. Adds silk & balance to the mostly male bridge.

Sulu. Hmm, workin on it. Nice auxiliary crewman to have. All I can come up with for now. Capable, dependable.

Chekov. Dunno.

Scotty. Again Passion. & Integrity. Wouldn't hesitate a second to fire the 1st shot at a Klingon ship.

Kirk was a decisive, experienced commander for someone so much younger than most starship captains, though he sometimes let his passion overrule his common sense.

Spock, the Vulcan first officer, was conflicted by his half-human ancestry, but always preferred cold logic and scientific fact over emotionalism.

Dr. McCoy used his passion to power his sense of right and wrong, and often provided advice to Kirk that balanced Spock's logic.

Scotty, though a confident and capable engineer, still got stressed, and worried aloud when the captain tried to push the ship beyond its usual capabilities.

We all want to be Kirk. Why? Because he has sex often. Sometimes you see him putting on his boot in the morning which means he had sex. I know you said one sentence, but I have seen William Shatner on tv. And he still has sex anytime he wants.
