A primative ship from the Post-DS9 era doesn't make sense if it's a Starfleet vessel. Starfleet ships in the Post DS9 era the fastest can only maintain Warp 9.9 for any length of time. The Registry is still a little too high for that era as well. Maybe you should knock off the last number.
