Villians you really hated

What were some of the guest stars on all the series that
you really hated and wanted to see shot with a phaser to the face.
Mine was Alixis from DS9's "Paradise." What a coniving hateful bitch who stranded people on a planet because of her own feelings against 24th century life style.

Gul S.G. Dukat. I always disliked the character (not the actor) and hated when he tried to be a good guy. I was thrilled when he went back to being evil, because I could go on hating him.

I wish Kira could have gotten the chance to kill her. Every time Winn called Kira "child"...

At least Winn had a sort of 'deathbed confession' and turned away from the Pah Wraiths right before they killed her.

Kai Winn was infuriating. The other DS9 villains like Dukat, Damar and Weyoun, had enough charm that I might "hate" them but I still loved to see them.
