Modified TOS Ent - Wallpapers

Vektor

Rear Admiral
Rear Admiral
Well, it took me long enough, but I finally got around to doing some wallpapers. All three are 1680x1050 widescreen.
Enjoy.

There are some unspeakably beautiful things in life, and this is one of them.

MORE!

They're absolutely beautiful, :cool:if you have the time then I hope you'll make some with the big E flying towards the screen:)

Let me add my voice to the chorus and say "Gorgeous!" Maybe at some point down the road you will feel inspired to render a front-view wall paper as well.

/crosses fingers

This is by far the best TOS redo out there! It happens to be in my yop 3 enterprises of all time! It does not matter to me if it is "canon" or not I love this version of the big E ! Great work as always Vektor! I would love to see more!

Jumpin' Jehosaphat! Those are sweet, Vektor! oh, and seconding (Thirding? Fourthing?) the front views - I'm still using the lower front 3/4 shot from your last post as wallpaper, and if these are any indication, it only can get better!

Just in case you were interested in any suggestions of the "more, more more" category... :rommie:

It would also be interesting to see your model in some classic angles from TOS Remastered, like the venerable planetary orbit shot or maybe this one, and there's also this rare one.

There are other shots, not necessarily orbit attitude ones, like this one, and this one, and this one, and the venerable "leaving orbit" shot, that would be interesting to see. "Balance of Terror" Remastered has a couple of deep space angles, like this... and this, that would also be interesting.

With the exception of "The Galileo Seven", there really haven't been many nebula or nebula-like backgrounds in TOS-R. It would be interesting to see more of this.

Holy. SHIT.

Must. Know. How. You did. Lighting. And are those blurry reflections, on the hull, of the highlights on the pylons and neck? Sweet!

Vektor, you know I've been a huge fan for a very long time on here, and you've done some amazing stuff. But this ...? This is probably the most photo-realistic work I've seen you post. I almost feel like I could step inside these images and be inside this ship. Amazing!
