Summer TV debuts

Looks like all I've got to watch on TV this summer that doesn't involve the words "UEFA", "Euro" or "2008" is Stargate: Atlantis.

Only 37 days to more Joe Flanigan drooling!

No I didn't count em. I'm drooling too much to do math.

Flanigan isn't in season five. Something happened to him. Reports of gunfire being heard by people passing Vancouver's Bridge Studios have been strongly denied.

Looks like they may as well cancel SG:A now, then.

Not likely, not needing armed security to keep the Flanigirls out has cut the cost of the show quite considerably.

So how was In Plain Sight?

Only got thru half of it. The lead actress was good, but the writing was mundane and some of the acting was horrendous. Liked the Albuquerque locations (I can spell that without looking it up! thank you, Weird Al Yankovic).
I watched it solely for Albuquerque. I got to say it was weird, but cool. I mean the train that the witness came off of is a commuter train that crosses all of 3 counties. I guess I can understand it's more dramatic than the airport, but still weird. And then in the episode tonight they use a really really small airport instead of the main airport. Plus do they honestly believe that Albuquerque can come across as NYC during the first scene? In any case, the show kind of stunk. But I have to keep watching for Albuquerque's sake. ;)

Great, so now it costs as much as it's worth: zero dollars.

For Albuquerque's sake, I hope somebody makes a better TV show there someday. I was hoping Sarah Connor Chronicles would stick around...

Well, looks the TV version of Crash is going to filmed here. Maybe that'll be good. Won't ever get a chance to see it, but it could be good. Possibly.
