So I did take some off. The list looks awful small but there were some dupes last time. If I made a mistake I'm sorry. Just add yourself back.

There's quite a few bugs with this site. But those links will take you to the xml page were you can see what is needed.
Yup. Noticed that as well.
It's the pits when you go "scouting" and visit other cities, and then don't get any return visits.
Edit>for variety, I think I'm going to give everyone I visit a factory tomorrow. I get tired of writing "+pop from Tuskany".

I agree. I've done a fair bit of that myself and only have a couple of regulars outside of the circle here.
I think a lot of people have simply abandoned their cities.
