They're going to just SKIP episode 7.24, The Dogs of War!

Not that it's that important. It's just the eighth in a series of 8 episodes covering a story arc.

(Gonna have to get out my old VHS ones to make the DVD this time...GRRRRRR.)

I'm already hoping that SciFiChannel (U.S.) gets DS9 too, like they've now got TNG.

Boooo! Extreme Measures is such a crappy episode, too. It would be better to skip that one and just show Dogs of War. If you have to skip one episode from the final ten, you should skip the weakest one. Oh Well, I'm hoping that Spike TV is done with DS9 and someone worthy will pick it up soon.

I've seen them do this before. Usually it's so that they can get both parts of a two-parter into the same week.

Nevertheless, annoying. Especially when DS9 is in the middle of one of those longer multi-episode arcs.

I just checked my Directv schedule. It has "Dogs of War" next week, followed by "Emissary" parts 1 and 2. So, they've kind of made up for it (a little).

I was just thinking about the airing, of part two, of What You Leave Behind and I realized that it is going to air on my birthday (very early in the morning). The interesting part of that story is, that the finale's original airing, in my market, was on my 19th Birthday, nine years ago (I had my first viewing party that night). So in some bizarre, unintentional, way Spike TV has given me a nice 28th Birthday present.
