I thought we'd just do it the way it us now, except that the contests would run on a bi-weekly basis and they wouldn't overlap (so one weekend people would be voting in the DS9 contest and the next weekend they'd be voting in the VOY contest). That way people wouldn't have to make avatars for both contests every week.
