Where would you live?

Bajor for sure. There's something about that wrinkled nose on Bajoran women, very sexy. Although Trill could be a possibility also, love the spots. :techman:

Back home in Paradise New England, with a job up aboard the Spacedock :)

I'd live on DS9 and would visit Cardassia on holiday. I'm not a big Bajor-fan.

Trill looks nice, too. And Risa, of course. But that's the obvious choice...

I'd probably visit Vulcan and see what I thought of it. I'm sure I'd move there to retire though. I like it warm.

New York City still exists in Trek's future (Trip's been there, and David Gold from SCE is from there) so my opinion hasn't changed. I'd live there for real, or in Trek, whichever. :techman:

Betazed? Hell no, I wouldn't want everyone to know what I'm thinking when I don't know what everybody else is thinking!

I would imagine - hope - that Betazoids must have a strict prohibition against reading other people's minds without consent. They'd only read your mind if you let them.

(Didn't somebody actually say this onscreen once?)

I think I remember something of the like.... but Lwaxana does it anyway. And who guarantees they'll not do it despite their promise not to?

I don't think I would risk it....

Also, not all Betazoids are equally good at telepathy. Some can do it easily (Lwaxana), some couldn't *stop* doing it (Tam Elbrun), and some can't do it at all (Lon Suder).

Well, the first time Lwaxana appeared, she mentioned how odd it was that humans don't say what they feel (the implication being that there was no point hiding your intentions on Betazed since everyone can read them anyway).

I'd love to go to Vulcan; warm, dry, peaceful, logical... like going to a monastery in Arizona... now that IS relaxation. :vulcan:

Thin air, high gravity, I'll pass. :p

Depending on how extensive the terraforming is, I might like Mars. I'd certainly like weighing barely a third of what I do now...

I am of two thoughts on this and would have to say Bajor or Vulcan. I think Bajor is beautiful (or the matte paintings are anyway) and would make a nice place to live visually. But I also love the unemotional aspects of the Vulcan people and wouldn't mind existing in that kind of an environment too.

I wouldn't be opposed to living on DS-9 either. I love Cardassian architecture.

Vulcan for me. After the weather we've had in MN, the warm, dry climate sounds like heaven.

Risa seems like a tropical paradise (as long as the weather machine continues working properly)...so that'd be a big plus. I'd also think the floating cities on Ardana would be pretty kickass! Also, Trill seems to have a lot of sexy people ...for some spotty reason. ;)
There are several Federation planets we've never really seen the surface of...for all we know Tellar could be the nicest planet of them all?
And who knows what Denobula, Delta, Grazer, Bolarus, Benzar or Tiburon look like? :vulcan:
