Klingon Bird-of-Prey: Total vs. Livable Internal Floor Space?

Anyone estimated total internal floor space vs. habitable/liveable floor space on the B'rel-class Bird-of-Prey (~110m version)?

Small crew (12–36) but full of warp core, cloaking device, engines, and weapons. How much space is actually usable by the crew vs. taken up by systems?

For comparison:

WW2 Gato-class Submarine:

• Total internal floor space: ~5,000 sq ft
• Machinery, engines & batteries: ~70%
• Torpedoes & weapons storage: ~10%
• Liveable floor space: ~1,000 sq ft (for ~85 crew who hot-bunked)
• Main control room / bridge: ~300 sq ft
