I'll take your word for it. I've never seen one of those commercials, though for me the Super Bowl is just that day I look up new movie teasers/trailers.

Yeah, I picked up on that after a little ways into the commercial. I understand where they were coming from, but I really would have preferred a real trailer for the movie.
They're not done in that exact style, but they still do new Budweiser Clydesdale commercials every year.

It was a weird choice, IMO. A dramatic shot of, say, Pedro Pascal un-helmeting might have been more effective. I'm still deeply skeptical that mainstream audiences will fork over cash for a protagonist whose face is concealed for most of the movie. What worked for one or two seasons of ~30 minute episodes, especially when Baby Yoda was a fresh novelty, won't necessarily on the big screen.
Generally, this year stank for memorable commercials. There were a few memorable ones like the ones mentioned, but way too much online gambling and AI, which was also creepy
The Ring "Search Party" ad sent chills up my spine. I don't think many people understand the significance of that "feature". It's nothing less than a mass-surveillance dragnet.

About a month ago, I started following along with the Children of the Watch Podcast's "Mandalorian Rewatch" series as they get prepped for the release of The Mandalorian & Grogu, but after reevaluating my time management yesterday, I decided to bore down and focus on getting through the Daredevil Character Marathon that I've been working on for like the last four months...

Embo is certainly a pleasant surprise! I mean I figured he'd show up in live action sooner or later, but I assumed it would be in one of Filloni's own projects.
Also, am I imagining things or is that Favreau voicing the Ardennian vendor? I don't know why, but the thought of this guy being Rio's twin brother makes me happy!
