NFL 2025: A new era dawns?

People have been saying this for a while but it's new to me. Does the football stadium in Las Vegas look like a Roomba to you?

This is the first I've seen that but now I can't unsee it.

Speaking of - were you aware that Roomba filed for bankruptcy on December 14th, 2025, citing competition, debt and tarrifs.

Don't want to get into the political side of that, but I will say we have something like a Roomba and it's not very reliable. It keeps breaking and stalling and now I don't think it's usable. It seems like it was a good idea but pretty flawed product.

Bills promote OC Joe Brady to HC.

Jets rumored to be interested in Frank Reich to call plays, yet they're not getting rid of the current OC. So this should be interesting.

So they promote the coach who was responsible for the collapse in the playoffs? Super smart thinking there.

On most teams, Glenn is a lame duck unless he completely turns the ship around, so anyone joining the staff is going to be gone after one year. But since this is the New York Jets, you never know how much the bottom line (paying money for someone not to be employed there) matters to the owner.

Another season of likely not having a QB that isn’t good enough for the UFL isn’t going to help his cause.

I simply don't understand how Bill Belichick isn't a first ballot hall of famer?

That really makes no sense, considering where they were two/three years ago with Russell Wilson as quarterback.
A lot of that can be laid at his feet.
Just look at three of the four teams that made the finals - all three were supposedly in rebuilding mode, including Denver.
The turnaround is remarkable.

There's probably a segment of the HOF voters who were upset Belichick took the Alabama job, and tarnish his legacy, instead of staying retired.
