Making an ENT PADD replica - dead link

The Memory Alpha entry for PADD includes a link to a tutorial to make a replica of the PADDs on ENT. It wasn't formatted correctly, but I spliced it together and the website it links to no longer holds anything Star Trek related. It's not archived on the Wayback Machine, so I was hoping someone might have some memory/copy/link/anything?
