I mean it's neat, but they both look waaay too old in that. It's clear they're using RotJ Leia footage, where the smarter choice would have been to use footage of her in 'Shampoo', since she's about the right age there. Also; Ezra looks like he has a five o'clock shadow.

Kind of a random thought. What happens to R2-D2 and C-3PO after The Rise of Skywalker? Their masters have died They have basically been in the service of the Skywalker and associated families for almost 70 years. Are they considered independent droids, or are they on retainer of the Republic successor government? Do they pass to Rey or another of the main characters?

If they aren't free and independent droids, I'd figure they go to Chewbacca. He's the closest thing to family they have at this point. An adventure just the three of them might actually be wildly entertaining, provided Threepio is being charged.

The Empire is cheap. And the designers are probably Rebel sympathizers. Make cheap versions of clone trooper armor for a Galactic scale empire. Looks intimidating. Does nothing. Profit.
