NFL 2024: Chiefs Kingdom Targets a Three-Peat

Wow, Bucs need an FG to win in the last two minutes, are moving down the field, Mayfield is about to get sacked, he dumps the ball to White who manages to get some yards, then Dallas strips the ball from White.

I think Geno Smith is done in Seattle, as in he has one year left on his contract and won’t get an extension. The question is if he’ll throw a fit over the lack of extension and cause trouble for the team in 2025. I don’t think anyone is lining up to trade for him. On one hand, he’s more valuable to the Seahawks than any other team. On the other hand, how much better could he be on another team with an offensive line that gives him an extra 1.25 seconds to throw?

I know Houston is desperate for WR help. But I'm not sure I'd take on a guy that has already been dumped by three teams.

Dolphins cut Shaquil Barrett. He had signed a one year deal with them but then retired before training camp, then recently filed for reinstatement but the Dolphins declined to activate him.

Since the NFL moved to a 16-game schedule, only five Bears QBs have started 16 games in a season and each only once (Vince Evans, Jim Harbaugh, Erik Kramer, Rex Grossman, Jay Cutler). Caleb Williams is the sixth.

No, no, it's all good. Even if they lose next week, he'll still have a winning season (10-7), and he's oh so proud of the fact that he's never had a losing season.

Seahawks need the Cardinals to beat the Rams today, and the Seahawks need to beat the Rams nest Sunday in order to win the division and secure a wild card berth.

The 15 modern-era HOF finalists:

Eric Allen, Jared Allen, Willie Anderson, Jahri Evans, Antonio Gates, Torry Holt, Luke Kuechly, Eli Manning, Steve Smith, Terrell Suggs, Fred Taylor, Adam Vinatieri, Reggie Wayne, Darren Woodson, Marshal Yanda.

Cardinals look completely lifeless against the Rams. Still a low-scoring game with a half remaining, but I don't see them putting up much of a fight.
