Spock’s Brain…

As McCoy and Kirk are discussing Spock’s predicament in the Sickbay, I noticed the medical bed arm on the upper left of the screen shot. It has 2 green tubes going down towards Spock’s body. I don’t know if it’s just green colored tubes, or maybe it’s a I.V. transfusion of Vulcan blood. I’m assuming it’s the latter.

EDIT: Never mind I watched the scene again and the green tubes are still connected. Kirk's head is obscuring them in the screenshot from Trekcore.

As Kirk and Spock approach the Shuttlecraft, there are at least 2 metallic clanks that sound distinctly like someone in the production crew dropping a tool.
