I remember this from Yoda Stories.Oh yeah, I think I read about that somewhere. Doesn't it end with Indiana Jones finding a crashed Millenium Falcon?
Well doesn't that ruin the jokeYour link leads to a blank page.
Yes, many probably didn't know the reference.Never heard about that, this is what I was thinking of.

No, and it's probably the better for it. It's one thing to do it with comic book or video game type properties that are built for that kind of thing, but Star Wars? It'd be like having a LorR crossover, which would be just . . . wrong.Has Star Wars ever crossed over with another franchise? I mean full on crossovers, not just silly cameos. The closes thing I can think of right now is the Star Wars episode of The Muppet Show, which had 3PO, R2, Chewie and Mark Hamill as both himself and Luke. I'm not counting the Family Guy episodes, since they were Family Guy adaptations of The Original Trilogy, not crossovers with the two casts interacting.
Yep. In First Contact. And R2D2 was in both of JJ Abrams Trek movies.Oh right, I forgot about that. And wasn't the Millenium Falcon in the background at least once in Star Trek?
R2D2 and C3PO were amongst the hieroglyphics in the Well of Souls in Raiders of the Lost Ark. And now we're full circle with the Star Wars / Indy crossover.Heck, R2-D2 is on the hull of the Mothership at the end of Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
In the episode A Man Alone. It's also mention on a display in DS9
The art department was full of nerds. I used to know a guy who joined the art department in the 90s. He was part of my nerd group in the 80s. He was always the guy first in line for a Star Wars film and would wait overnight for the early show. I'd show up later and step right in. His name pops up on Okudagrams and other graphics. Okuda and Sternbach's nerdom is unrivaled.Wow, I had no idea there was all of that too. I knew there were a few joke things in the signs and displays, but I didn't realize so many of them were Star Wars related.
