Contest: ENTER TV & Media Avatar Contest: Remakes and Reboots

Thanks to everyone who voted in the last contest.

This week's theme is Remakes and Reboots. Should be self-explanatory. The only caveats are: (1) It needs to be an actual remake or reboot, not a soft reboot (ala certain entries in the Bond series), rip off or quasi-sequel; (2) I am going disallow the practice of more or less directly adapting hit movies into weekly TV shows (including Sat AM cartoons) shortly after the film was a hit (so, no MASH, no Odd Couple, no Real Ghostbusters, etc.). For the purpose of this contest, SF&F are allowed.

Standard av rules apply: 200 x 200 pixels max, 1 MB max and work/Google safe. The voting thread will go up in about a week.

Per my standard practice, I won't enter. Everyone else can enter up to three.

Another theme here... normally I only enter avatars for things I have actually seen, but in this contest, I've seen the originals, but haven't actually seen the remakes that I've entered.

(My third entry was originally going to be Candyman (2021), but in putting the entry together, I found out that, despite the identical title, it was actually a sequel, not a remake.)
