I'm curious what exactly they've got to show, since they just started filming there's obviously not going to be any real footage yet. Could it just be some concept art for the characters and costumes, and maybe locations like the Baxter Building?

I doubt it will be anything more than talk. Giving away concept art that looks nothing like what we're going to would be meaningless, showing things right now that is exactly or VERY close to what we will see on screen is not something Marvel usually does until shooting is well underway.
I would like to be wrong though. I'm not a huge FF fan, but it's one of the upcoming projects I'm quite curious about.

One thing I will give Marvel props for - many studios are still surprisingly regressive about casting gay men in leading male roles so with The Eternals and now Fantastic Four they are breaking down this barrier.

They did? I never really care about things like this, because honestly it shouldn't matter. But now I am kinda curious as to who in both casts is gay.

And yes, it's weird that gay men are hardly ever put in leading roles. Or, they were but only after we find out they are gay. NPH was cast as a absolute womanizer in HIMYM but came out a year after the show started, for example.

Maybe someone who actually cares to follow celebrity relationships can point to a direct quote somewhere, but basic googling doesn't turn up anything for me other than a bunch of speculation on Reddit, TikTok, etc. None of them appear to be actually out as gay.

I think the guy who played on Eddie in Stranger Things is bi-sexual. But I could be wrong.

Apparently they showed a clip at the SDCC panel from Cap 4 of Thunderbolt Ross turning into Red Hulk, which puts to bed the weird theory I read from someone (I think in this thread) that Ross wasn't going to be Red Hulk. Not that I had any doubt about it, but it will be cool (and probably a bit weird) seeing Harrison Ford "Hulk out".

As for Sidewinder, I'm not familiar with the character but I'm sure that Esposito will do a good job.

So I wonder, is this Doom going to be a Stark variant, or are they just going to pull multiverse coincidence that they look alike

edit: They apparently confirmed on stage that he's a variant.

So a quick redemption at the end of 'Secret Wars' and the MCU gets Iron Man back. That's convenient.

Am I right in saying that apart from the scrapping of the origjnal Avengers 5 they didn't announce anything new?

Can we consider Armor Wars. Shang-Chi 2, Young Avengers etc. dead and buried now?
