Prodigy did it. They made me agree with the Klingon Empire after all these years. They also made the Tribbles actually menacing instead of cute. Also, Rok's mistake is hella cute. This episode might have wrapped up a little too tidy for my tastes, but it was still really good and does what Prodigy does so well, be wholesome.

But why Quest when that didn't happen in the ep?

I've noticed there is some confusion on what some of these episodes are called. I've been skipping the intros for the most part but this episode was called a french term earlier and they changed it. I also follow Jammer's site and his titles for the episodes are different than what the official titles are.

The French Bribule is the name in the episode (Brikar+Tribule), just like the episode itself calls the new tribble Bribble (Brikar+Tribble). Quest is no name of any tribble here, but that's the ep title in the intro :D

I think this is the first time we've seen tribbles in something akin to a natural environment. They build nests!

Seeing as tribble reproduction is because of a Starfleet officer ("The Trouble With Edward") kinda odd that Starfleet doesn't much seem to care about the damage they do.

I just "spoiled" myself by checking out the screencaps (not yet having seen any season 2 episodes). Well, partially spoiled as I don't know the details or dialogue. But go ahead and answer this if anyone will...

So tribbles have a skeleton with a a proper skull and limb bones?! They have actual faces with large, expressive eyes?! They're basically hedgehogs with soft fur instead of quills??!!!

For nearly 50 years since I first read David Gerrold's "Making of..." book, I had the impression they were boneless spheroids of soft tissues, muscles to flex their legless forms like an inchworm and maybe some semi rigid cartilage to keep their bodies from collapsing upon themselves, no eyes, just a mouth for ingesting and vocalizing, nostrils for breathing and smelling, and probably a cloaca for birthing and "excretion" of waste.

So, rather than being some distinctly "alien", land dwelling fuzzy "sea cucumbers", they're just toothless kittens/guinea pigs from outer space?
