Suricata's MSDs

I was fortunate enough to be approached by IDW comics to create the MSD for the USS Theseus to appear in one of their comic books. I poured though the comics to figure out what all the interiors looked like. I decided to go for a Picard LCARS color scheme, but felt a regular MSD style would look out of place in the comic, so I want with a lower decks styled MSD.

My latest MSD, the Enterprise-G from Picard Season 3.

I wanted this MSD to match the other graphics on the bridge which used 3d renders of the ship. So I added shading to give the cross-section more depth. I feel it is lacking the classic labels somewhat, but I wanted to go for a cleaner look.

Is that the modified DeLorean from Back to the Future I see parked in the shuttle bay?

I'm a huge BTTF fan, so I like to add it where I can (The Ent-D MSD had a Porsche on it, so I like to make sure at least car is there.)

Some other Easter Eggs on this one:
- Thunderbirds Tracey Island Lounge
- TARDIS
- Arc Reactor from Iron Man
- Nomad
- Raptor from BSG
- Hazard Ops from Elite Force
- Lost Ark from Indiana Jones
- George and Gracie from ST:4

There are a few more, but I forget all of them right now!

Alright, how'd I do? ;)

- Thunderbirds Tracey Island Lounge - Deck 3, above the shuttle (this one was sneaky!)
- TARDIS - Deck 9, fwd saucer, behind the pop-up turret-looking thing
- Arc Reactor from Iron Man - in the nacelle, under warp coils 2 & 3
- Nomad - Deck 4, slightly aft of the bridge
- Raptor from BSG - shuttlebay
- Hazard Ops from Elite Force - Deck 12, aft of the central saucer turboshaft (theater-looking thing)
- Lost Ark from Indiana Jones - Deck 26 or 27, behind the deflector and under some crates
- George and Gracie from ST:4 - Deck 11/12 cetacean ops, fwd saucer
- Delorean - under the shuttlebay
- duck - Deck 2 aft
- Badgey - Deck 7, middle holodeck
- Tucker tubes - Deck 4, above the fwd holodeck
- bowling alley - Deck 10, fwd saucer

Ok...... I'm seriously considering getting one of these printed poster size and frame it. Hang it in the living room

As ever I think some of the most accurate feeling MSD's out there. I did wonder about an MSD that shifts the color palette on the Galaxy back towards Season 1, particularly the main engineering one which seems far more plain then the rest. Wondered what you thought?

Most of the LCARS changed every season due to the Gels needing replacing, the most drastic changes being season 2 and 4 where the colors changed quite a lot. I can very easily make the alteration to the Galaxy MSD to represent season 1. I made the MSD quite a few years ago and have made quite a few advances in how I color my LCARS now, so should be easy enough to do, I'll have a look at my reference materials ;-)

I recently revisited the MSD I created for Star Trek Online and remade the lower LCARS (It didn't occur to me at the time I first made it that the lower panels were actually modified Helm and Conn LCARS).

I re-did the colors to better represent the ones used in the show (with adjustments to take into account the back lighting).

Love it! :luvlove:

But I did notice a few typos:
Lower left: "NAVIGATIONAL REFERANCE" (2 places), should be REFERENCE
Lower middle/right: "OPERATIONAL PRIRITIES", should be PRIORITIES

Also, "CAPTAINS YACHT" should have an apostrophe (CAPTAIN'S), but I don't know if the font you're using has one. Same with "ENLISTED OFFICERS QUARTERS", should be OFFICERS', with the apostrophe after the S.

With the appearance of the Enterprise-F in Star Trek Picard, I was asked to create the largest MSD I've worked on yet!

This ship is frakken huge, at 42 decks (like the Enterprise-D, but much longer). I really dug deep into all the Treknical manuals I had to add create as many ships systems as possible. This MSD features many more components I hadn't added before, such as Turbo-lift maintenance areas, industrial replicators and even the ships morgue! I had a huge amount of fun on this one as the ship's size really allowed me so much more freedom than smaller ships designs.

These are beyond fantastic!!
You mention industrial replicators... are those the pod-like thingies in a large bay under the security section of the stardrive? Been wringing my brain trying to figure out what those were!!
