And what's left doesn't really sell now. Most of their "drops" anymore is stuff they've had in stock for ages, and hardly anything ever sells out anymore. I think most people who collected these things have what they want.

Well, I made what would probably be my last purchase this week. I went with the Nightingale (a ship I never liked, because it's such an obvious recycle, but wanted to make a few comparison photos to show people), the Cousteau captain's yacht (which means I'll now own all the ships seen in "Insurrection") and the Bajoran solar sailor (I'd rather have gotten the tactical cube, but it wasn't available).

Got a letter from Master Replicas with a physical membership card. Given that they don’t operate mortar stores, I feel like it’s a gimmick rather than something I should make space in my wallet for.

I guess we’re in the final week of MR selling off the Eaglemoss Trek ships. Considering the amount of stock that seems to be remaining, I’m a little surprised they aren’t having a bit more of a fire sale…

Probably why the models aren't moving. Someone should refresh their memories on the basic economic principles of supply vs. demand.

heh, I hadn’t noticed, but they often have multiple listings for the same item at different prices (I assume this is a weird artifact from how Eaglemoss had the remaining stock allocated), so make sure to do a thorough search before ordering.

I did one last spin around the site just to make sure there wasn’t anything I still might want to grab and this struck me as odd too. You’d think they would have been slashing prices like mad.

I wonder what happens to all the stuff they don’t sell.

Eaglemoss couldn't shift the DISCO ships, especially the Klingon ones. Before they went under, they had 3 for 1 deals. I'm surprised to see no decent deals on the MR website.

I expect a lot of stock might find its way to some brick and mortar stores.

This was one of their biggest flaws. If the Discovery Starfleet ships had been the same price and size as the regular starship line I'd have been much more likely to get them, and I couldn't have cared less about a dozen ugly types of Klingon ships.

they tweeted out that there won’t be anymore sales/specials beyond what they have going on now.

I kinda wonder if the leftover stock will just end up on the startrek.com store.

Given their last move is volume discounts, I think they might be aiming at flippers and retailers.
