For the time period covering TNG, DS9, and VOY, it did seem that every Starfleet computer used the same voice. We heard it across multiple starships and shuttles and runabouts and EV suits and more.

I loved the old novels' version of it, where the Enterprise got it's speaking computer installed and Number One programmed it with her own voice... and then a century later she ended up uploading her consciousness to the U.S.S. Excalibur's computer so she actually became it. All the work of Peter David, IIRC.

I became utterly jaded by the endless Majel-ing, show after show, live-action or otherwise....even though I feel she nailed it as Number One. I would have happily programmed the computers for Nichelle Nichols' voice instead....and perhaps even add an occasional NAKED TIME-style defiance to it in certain situations.
