I like how they had breasts everywhere but covered up the girl. Heavy Metal is awesome though. 
I don't know what to think about this one. It wasn't all that funny until the end but it was the best episode of the season so far. The ending though was awesome. For some reason I was thinking Eliot Spitzer during the entire news conference and Kenny is getting high off the flowers. Great stuff. 
I think Mistuh Kitty is female... does the pee spray thing only work with males?
Well this one was better than the last two but still no classic. Again it felt like an unfinished idea; what if that animated world was REAL and they were using drugged up people to crossover into our world and conquer it??? That would have been better.
I don't think I've ever seen this movie, so maybe the joke was lost on me.
So I'd say... AIDS 2.5/4, Briney 2.5/4, Cat Pee 3/4

If you haven't seen Heavy Metal, the joke is lost on you. But even still, the Anne Frank stuff, the Cheese Heroin and Spitzer references were very topical.

But the episode didn't air yet. It's 6:00 pm Central and usually I have to wait till 9:00 pm to watch new South Park episodes on Comedy Central. Even eastern time, its still too early. Weird. Unless they changed the time.

Weird, it's online for hours already, I have watched it about 9 hours ago. Is that really the very first airing of the episode anywhere you're talking about or just when it airs in your /state region (sorry, I don't know that much about how the american TV scene works.). If I remember correctly, when I looked yesterday there was a text saying something about the fact that the epsiode would be online after it's premiere.
I'm sure Cartman's cat is whatever gender the writer's need it to be, like Spot was on TNG.
